Teen Titans Go! - Body Adventure

"Body Adventure" is the twenty-first episode of Season 2 of Teen Titans Go! and the seventy-third episode overall. It first aired on 13 November 2014 on Cartoon Network.

When Cyborg develops a head cold, Robin thinks it's a good idea to shrink the Titans so they can go inside Cyborg's body to fight the virus.[1]

Cyborg is going over a bad cold, and Robin thinks that it's not an ordinary cold - a virus is inside him! He also thinks it's a "body adventure", a superhero's dream to do. By using a damaged shrink ray, he shrinks himself to go inside Cyborg, but Starfire coughs him out as he was WAY too big to fit Cyborg's mouth, crashing Robin into the shrink ray, destroying it, and now Robin is stuck being tiny.

Loving his life being tiny, Robin eats a topping on Beast Boy's last slice of pizza, steps in Raven's room riding on Silkie, hides with Starfire's dolls in her room, and the still-cold Cyborg, who was getting a sandwich, steps on a cherry tomato that Robin was trying to use as a bowling ball. Cyborg's cold was getting worse, and the tiny Robin wants a body adventure, but the other Titans suggest they want their old normal-sized leader back, but he refuses, causing him to lose his job as team leader.

While the other Titans give Cyborg a blanket and soup, the tiny Robin returns with the shrink ray he just fixed, to go on a body adventure, but as Cyborg refuses, his whole body is shut down, so Robin decides a body adventure, shrinking the Titans and himself down more to fit in Cyborg's body.

10 months later, the Titans are still far away to the body of Cyborg, but Robin uses the flute to call Silkie. Robin has a lot of fun inside the gross world of Cyborg's body, but the others find it disgusting. Robin prepares to fight a Snot Monster, but he is covered in stinky, gross, ugly, awful germs. He changes his mind about a "body adventure" because he found it gross.

Back in the living room, Cyborg is now starting to die, and the only way to save him is to call 9-1-1. Unfortunately, the 911 operator thinks Raven is pranking her, and she hangs up. Cyborg is now dead, the Titans are now small, and no one is able to help Cyborg.

A time card features Cyborg's dedication, as he lived from 1996 to 2014.

  • This episode bears similarities to the comic, "Cold Blooded": A Titan (Cyborg/Robin) becomes ill and another Titan (Robin/Beast Boy) enters the sick Titan to fight the infection.
  • This episode aired exactly one year after "Sidekick".
  • This episode reveals that Cyborg is 18 years old, as at the end, the screen shows that Cyborg lived from 1996 to 2014.
  • Deaths: Cyborg probably died due to his cold being worsened.
  • Running Gags: Robin repeating the words "Body Adventure". Raven wanting Robin to call an ambulance instead of a body adventure.
  • Food Content: The Titans give Cyborg some soup. The tiny Robin eats Beast Boy's last slice of pizza.

  • Third time a Titan enters another's body to remove an ailment ("Cold Blooded", "Knowledge").
  • This episode commonly takes place in the year 2014, like "Money Grandma".
    • Both episodes are, however, non-canon.

  • The multicolored bullseye rings on the time cards are references to Tiny Toon Adventures.
  • This episode references "Crash", an episode of the original 2003 series, where a Titan (Beast Boy) shrinks down to cure Cyborg from a computer virus.
  • This episode is similar to the Batman: The Brave and the Bold episode, "Journey to the Center of the Bat."
  • Robin says "Tiny Titans, GO!", which references the Tiny Titans comic books.

  • Beast Boy is a vegetarian, but he is seen eating a pizza with pepperoni.
  • Cyborg pretty much broke logic when his head entered his head.
  • Robin swam inside Cyborg's stomach, but the liquid is acidic.
