Pizza with friends! It's the best! But how will the Titans decide who gets the last slice? PIZZA DOME![1]

The Teen Titans are consuming pizza when they notice there is only one slice left. They begin arguing about who should be the one to eat it, and reach for it at the same time. They are then transported to the Pizza Dome where a giant monstrous slice of pizza known as the Pizza Lord tells them they will have to fight to the death for the last slice. The Titans are confused on how they ended up at the Pizza Dome and Pizza Lord explains that whenever there is one slice of pizza that is wanted by five persons, those five will be transported to the Pizza Dome to fight to the death for it.

Raven scoffs, saying that the Titans wouldn't fight each other to the death for a slice of pizza, but they all immediately agree to fight. She attempts to reason with them, but to no avail. The first fight is her against Starfire with the male Titans rooting for them. She tries to convince her to stop, but Starfire unleashes a barrage of her powers. Raven defends herself and uses an anvil to crush Starfire. Her ghost floats up to heaven.

The next fight is Beast Boy and Cyborg. While neither seems to get the upper hand, they both eventually charge at each other and kill themselves. Their ghosts fly up with Cyborg wondering if there's pizza in heaven. The final fight is Raven against Robin. She tells Robin that they shouldn't have to fight to the death for one slice of pizza and urges him to join her in taking down the Pizza Lord. Robin, however, refuses and goes through his utility belt. He ask Raven which one of his equipment does she want to be defeated with, but presses a button he doesn't recognize. Black smoke erupts and he remembers that it was his failsafe button and dies. His ghost flies up after Beast Boy and Cyborg, and he asks if Starfire is with them.

The Pizza Lord congratulates Raven for her victory and gives her the last slice of pizza. She takes a bite out of it, but retches as its gone cold and stale. However, she says she knows where she can get a warm slice and bites a side off of the Pizza Lord.

  • This comic bears similarities to "Idol Hands": The Titans compete in an event that Raven does not want to participate and are judged. Eventually, Raven achieves victory.
  • Running Gags: Raven saying they should have ordered sushi.
  • Food Content: The entire story is centered around a fight to the death for the last slice of pizza.
  • Deaths: Starfire, Beast Boy, Cyborg, and Raven die after competing for the last slice of pizza.

  • "Staring at the Future" is referenced by name when Cyborg says they've already had a staring contest to determine the last slice of pizza.
  • The vs. panels are structured similarly to how they were presented in "Laundry Day".
